The Humbleyard is located in the very quiet, pretty hamlet of Fundenhall. Silent rooms looking out onto gardens and fields, where you will not hear a car, but just a 2 minute drive from 3 good restaurant pubs.
There are just a few houses spaced along quiet country lanes. The deer park opposite “The Humbleyard” and the Norman Church of St Nicholas (with its unusual central tower) are the main features of this small community.
Footpaths criss cross the village leading to good local pubs but the most you are likely to encounter is a horse trotting through the village.
Beautiful footpath walks are literally on the doorstep and the whole local area of the Tas Valley is good for horseriding and cycling.
